My Approach
I draw from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and a here-and-now focus. My role is to help you develop insight and practical tools that continue to serve you long after counseling has ended.
Meaningful change takes time, and I am here to help guide you through that process within an open and supportive environment. Together, we will work toward greater understanding, healing, and a more integrated sense of self–mind, body, and spirit.
